Recently, the "Mining Service Division of Oriental Geophysical Company" published the "Compilation of Scientific and Technological Achievements" during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", which detailed more than 50 outstanding scientific and technological achievements achieved by various units in the mining area during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan". Among them, the "Xushui Base" and "Kaifeng Base" remote meter reading system (AMR system for short) implemented by Hangzhou Jingda Electronics Co., Ltd. was listed as an "Excellent Science and Technology Project".
The "Xushui Base Civil Water and Electricity Remote Meter Reading System" includes 4,327 single-phase electronic prepaid energy meters, 4,464 electronic smart water meters, dozens of data concentrators and remote meter reading system software produced by our company. It has been put into use since July 1, 2009, and has been running stably. The meter reading accuracy rate has reached more than 99%, which effectively improves the measurement accuracy, avoids the unfavorable phenomena such as inaccurate measurement or difficulty in grasping the collection funds caused by human factors in the reading, verification and collection links, and avoids the inconvenience caused by entering the household to check the meter, and improves the efficiency of property management. The implementation of this project has been highly praised by users.
The "Kaifeng Base Civil Water, Electricity and Gas Remote Meter Reading System" includes 1,492 electronic remote cold water meters, 1,492 electronic remote hot water meters, 1,635 electronic remote electricity meters, 1,492 remote intelligent gas meters, 39 data concentrators and remote meter reading system software produced by our company. Construction began in October 2008 and was completed in September 2009. The acceptance report shows that the accuracy of data reading has reached 100%; the success rate of one-time reading has reached more than 99% for electricity meters, more than 98% for water meters, and more than 98% for gas meters, and the real-time shutdown rate of electricity meters has reached more than 98%. It effectively ensures the real-time reading of residents' water, electricity and gas meters. The implementation of this project has also been highly praised by users.
The "Jingda Remote Meter Reading System" adopts a remote meter reading system based on M-BUS bus technology. M-BUS is short for instrument bus. It is a data bus standard designed specifically for measuring instrument data transmission information. It is specially used for remote meter reading of measuring instruments and has the typical characteristics of high reliability and high speed. The wiring is convenient, the bus is self-powered, and the anti-interference ability is extremely strong. Our company has provided 150,000 remote meters for water supply companies, China Petroleum bases, universities, enterprises and institutions, etc., all of which adopt the M-BUS instrument bus communication method. It has been proven in use for more than 3 years that the M-BUS bus-type remote meter reading system is stable and reliable, and can be used for a long time without worry!
